Cancellation and Refund Policy

CreOps Management offers rolling monthly service plans that can be cancelled by the client at any time. However, please be aware that funds already paid will only be refunded in the event that a project has not yet commenced.

To cancel your service plan, the client must follow the steps below:

  1. Contact CreOps Management via email at consultant@creopsmanagement.com to request a cancellation.

  2. Provide written notice of cancellation to CreOps Management via email. This written notice must include the client's name, the service plan in question, and the date of cancellation.

  3. Upon receipt of the written notice of cancellation, CreOps Management will confirm the cancellation via email. The cancellation will be effective immediately upon receipt of written notice by CreOps Management, and the client will not be charged for any further service plans.

 

Please note that if a project has already begun at the time of cancellation, the client will be responsible for paying for the entire project in accordance with the terms of the service plan. This includes any work that has already been completed or expenses that have already been incurred by CreOps Management. For example, if a project has already commenced and 50% of the work has been completed at the time of cancellation, the client will be responsible for paying for the entire project, as the work that has already been completed cannot be undone.

If the client believes they are entitled to a refund, they must follow the steps below:

  1. Contact CreOps Management via email at consultant@creopsmanagement.com to request a refund.

  2. Submit a written request for a refund to CreOps Management via email. This written request must include the client's name, the service plan in question, and the reason for the request for a refund.

  3. CreOps Management will review the request and determine whether a refund is appropriate in accordance with the terms of the service plan and these cancellation and refund policies. Refunds will only be issued in the event that a project has not yet commenced. Any refund will be made to the original method of payment, and CreOps Management will not be responsible for any fees or charges associated with the refund.

CreOps Management reserves the right to change these cancellation and refund policies at any time, without notice. By purchasing a service plan and accessing or using the CreOps Management website or services, the client agrees to be bound by these policies. The client's continued use of the CreOps Management website or services after any changes to these policies will constitute their acceptance of the revised policies.
